Diane and Justin Fourton of Pecan Lodge recently showed their catering greatness at Connemara Conservancy's "In the Meadow" event held at their Meadow Preserve in Allen. Catering is a big part of the Fourton's business, in addition to running a great restaurant out of Shed #2 at the Dallas Farmers Market.

Pecan Lodge prepared smoked brisket and quail as the highlight of an impressive dinner for 150 served on white linen in the meadow. It was a night to remember......
